What are the payment options for international orders ?

We accept PayPal payment, and major credit cards through PayPal.

How can I pay without PayPal account?

If you do not have a Paypal account you can pay with your credit card as a "Paypal Guest."

You will simply be prompted to enter your payment information like with any other checkout. Paypal is the most secure and easiest way to pay through the web.

Your bank account will be debited as soon as payment is accepted. PayPal will issue an electronic certificate.

You will then receive an order confirmation from Love Cynthia by e-mail within 24 hours.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to any parts of the world. Shipping fee is based on the total weight.

How long is the shipping?

For international address, delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days from the date of shipment. We ship from Manila, Philippines.

International shipping may take up to 6 weeks during certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day).

We do our best to ship orders out in a timely manner. Unfortunately, once dispatched we can not control how fast the courier gets your order to you.

We are also not responsible if your package takes longer to get to you.

We are also not responsible for items getting lost due to you providing the wrong address.

Can I track my parcel online?

Yes. We will send you the tracking number once we have dispatched your order. Please allow us 48 hours after dispatch.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Usually yes. We restock items unless they are limited edition or seasonal items or discontinued product.

Do you have distributor in the US or in Europe?

Sorry, no. You can only purchase on our website. However, you can order our coloring books via Amazon.

Do you have physical store in Manila?

We do not have physical store in Manila. But you can pickup orders in Greenhills, San Juan. We also occasionally organize creative afternoons in the area.

Are your designs allowed to use for commercial purposes?
